e-TOR-100-PN is a high-voltage converter designed to take active electric power from 110 kV AC networks with a frequency of 50 Hz. The device is functionally comparable to a traditional auxiliary step-down transformer (TSN) 110/0.22 kV with a rated power of 300 to 1000 VA, but is technically implemented on the principle of a capacitive divider.
