PZU-6-10kV-GM

Purpose:

The PZU-6-10kV-GM set is used on overhead power lines with a voltage of 6-20 kV and is installed on pin and support line insulators with a head knitted wire.

Description:

PZU-6-10kV-GM is a prefabricated device, it consists of a one-piece hood and two corrugated sleeves, it is attached to the overhead line wire using special internal clips.

The composition of the device kit:

– hood of the bird protection device PZU-6-10kV-MKL – 1 pc.;
– sleeve of the bird protection device PZU-6-10kV-MGL – 2 pcs.;
– a means of fastening the ROM on wires (reusable latch) – 6 pcs.;
– operation manual – 1 pc. per batch of PZU.

Overall dimensions, mm – 1475 x 108 x 73 (length x width x height).

Weight, kg – 0.380; 0.550 (NG).

Advantages:

The design of the PZU-6-10kV-GM device allows installation on overhead lines using an operational rod from the ground, from aerial platform, without removing the voltage.

If devices are properly installed and used properly they reduce the number of bird deaths from electric shock on overhead lines.
