Purpose:

It is used for installation on anchor-angle supports with pin insulation with lateral wire knitting.

Description:

PZU-6-10kV-U-2 (KL) – a prefabricated device, consists of two one-piece hoods, two corrugated sleeves and one connector that closes the wire section between two insulators, is mounted on the overhead line wire using internal reusable clips (KL ).

PZU-6-10kV-U-2 (KZ) – a prefabricated device, consists of two one-piece hoods, two corrugated sleeves and one connector that closes the wire section between two insulators, is attached to the overhead line wire using external latches (KZ).

This model is intended for installation on pin insulators of anchor-angle supports, the traverses of which are equipped with six insulators. This device consists of two corrugated sleeves, one connecting corrugation (closes the jumper between the insulators) and two hoods – one for each insulator.

The device closes the wire in the gap between two insulators even in the case of an increased, non-standard distance, which significantly increases the efficiency of the device compared to similar devices from other manufacturers.

Fixing means PZU-6-10kV-U-2(KZ) are installed outside in the girth of the corrugated sleeve, which prevents the PZU from breaking off the insulator even under extreme wind loads, as well as under any impact of birds of prey. It closes the wire in the gap between two insulators even in the case of an increased, non-standard distance, which significantly increases the efficiency of the device compared to similar devices from other manufacturers.
